You may opt out of text communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message sent from our number. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-enroll at any time, reply START.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used exclusively to support your clinical care and administrative communication with reTHINK Therapy.

Any third-party service providers who handle communication on our behalf (such as SimpleIntake by Productive Therapist, our intake management and scheduling platform) are bound by confidentiality agreements and Business Associate Agreements, and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose outside of providing services to our practice.

Toll-Free Number Notice

reTHINK Therapy may use a toll-free number for outbound and inbound communications. This number is registered with applicable carrier networks and is used solely for legitimate practice communications as described in this policy. Automated or bot-assisted messaging, if used, will be for appointment and scheduling purposes only and will always include opt-out instructions.
