Therapy in Henderson, NV

Henderson

Henderson is home. Our office on St. Rose Parkway is minutes from Anthem, Seven Hills, Inspirada, MacDonald Ranch and the neighborhoods around Henderson Executive Airport.

For most Henderson clients, therapy fits into a normal day: a session before work, after school pickup or over a lunch break, with no freeway required. Our office is designed to feel calm, private and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Green Valley

Green Valley is right in our backyard. From The District, Green Valley Ranch or Paseo Verde, our office is about [10–15] minutes away by Green Valley Parkway or the 215.

Many Green Valley families mix it up: in person when the schedule allows, online during busy weeks.

Therapy in Las Vegas, NV

We’re closer than you think.

Our office on St. Rose Parkway is one road from the Las Vegas city line. For many southwest and southeast Las Vegas neighborhoods, we’re only 5–10 minutes away.

If you live or work in Silverado Ranch, Southern Highlands, Enterprise or near the M Resort and the 215, our office may be one of the easiest therapy offices to reach. We regularly see clients from Las Vegas ZIP codes.

That means less time in traffic and more time getting the support you came for. A short drive makes it easier to keep coming, and showing up week after week is how therapy works.

Prefer to stay home? Every Las Vegas client can also meet with us through secure online therapy. If you work long or unpredictable hours, as many people in hospitality, healthcare and gaming do, telehealth means you don’t have to plan a commute around your shift.

Therapy in Green Valley

Green Valley neighborhood quite literally is right in our backyard. Most Green Valley clients reach our office in about [10–15] minutes by Green Valley Parkway or the 215.

Whether you live near The District, Green Valley Ranch or Paseo Verde, you can get in-person care without fighting cross-town traffic.

If your schedule is packed, you can mix in-person sessions with telehealth. Come to the office when you can, and log on from home when you can’t.

Therapy in Summerlin

From the south side of Summerlin, our Henderson office is about 20 minutes away, a direct drive on the 215. No crossing the valley on surface streets and no Strip traffic. Just get on the beltway and go.

Many Summerlin clients tell us the drive becomes part of the routine: time to settle your thoughts before a session and process afterward on the way home.

If you live near The Ridges, Summerlin South, Mountains Edge-adjacent neighborhoods or the 215 corridor, coming to see us in person is very doable.

Want more flexibility? Mix and match. Some Summerlin clients come in for their first few sessions to build connection with their therapist, then switch to online sessions on busy weeks. Others go all-virtual from day one. You choose what works.

Therapy in North Las Vegas

Good therapy shouldn’t depend on your ZIP code or your commute.

North Las Vegas clients meet with our therapists through secure online video sessions, from home, from work or from anywhere private. You get the same therapists, the same specialties and the same care as clients who walk through our door in Henderson.

No traffic on the 95 or I-15. No parking. No rushing across the valley after work. Just log on and start.

Prefer to meet in person? Our Henderson office right of the 215 and is an easy freeway drive away. Some North Las Vegas clients come in for their first session or two, then switch to online sessions for the weeks that follow.

Why North Las Vegas families choose reTHINK:

  • We accept a wide range of insurance.
  • We see kids starting at age 4 (hard to find).
  • Online sessions often have more openings than in-office times, so you may be able to start sooner.
  • We call you back within 1 business day. No waiting weeks to hear back.

Whether you live near Aliante, Centennial Hills, Craig Ranch or downtown North Las Vegas, help is one video call away.

Online Therapy Across Nevada

Therapy that meets you where you are, literally.

Our Nevada-licensed therapists offer secure online therapy to anyone in the state. Whether you’re in Boulder City, Pahrump, Mesquite, Laughlin, Reno, Carson City, Elko or a small town hours from the nearest counselor, you can work with the same Henderson-based team our local clients see.

Distance, schedules and long waitlists keep a lot of Nevadans from getting help. Online therapy removes those barriers.

Is online therapy right for you?

Online therapy works well for:

  • Busy parents fitting therapy around school pickup, practices and work
  • Shift workers in hospitality, healthcare, gaming and first response with nontraditional schedules
  • Rural Nevadans with few or no local therapists, or long waitlists where they live
  • People who feel more comfortable starting therapy from home, especially when walking into an office feels like too big a first step
  • Teens who often open up more easily in their own space
  • Anyone with mobility, transportation or health barriers that make getting to an office hard

Real therapy, not “therapy lite”

Online sessions aren’t a watered-down version of the real thing. Many clients find online therapy just as helpful as meeting in person for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles and more.

Your therapist uses the same training, the same approaches and the same care. Many of our EMDR-trained therapists also provide EMDR online.

Secure and private

We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform built for healthcare, so your sessions stay private. No downloads or complicated setup. You just need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection.

Make the most of your online session

  • Find a quiet, private space. A closed bedroom, a home office or even a parked car works. Headphones add extra privacy.
  • Choose video when you can. Seeing each other builds connection and helps your therapist notice what words miss.
  • Test your connection and device a few minutes before your session.
  • Keep a pen and notebook nearby to write down insights and things to practice.
  • Give yourself a buffer. Take 5 minutes before and after so you’re not jumping straight from a hard conversation into a meeting or carpool.
  • Minimize interruptions. Silence notifications and let others in your home know you need some uninterrupted time.

Easier scheduling

In-office afternoon and evening times fill quickly. Online sessions often open up more options. Without drive time, therapy fits into a lunch break, the gap between meetings or the window before school pickup.

The only catch

Online therapy has just one requirement: you need to be physically in Nevada during your session.

We know, we know. We’d love to see you from your hotel room in San Diego, too. But our therapists are licensed by the State of Nevada, and Nevada’s licensing rules say clients must be in the state during telehealth sessions. It’s not our rule, but we follow it so your care stays legal and protected.

Planning a trip? Just give your therapist a heads-up and you can schedule around it.
