About Erin

My name is Erin and I am a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-Intern), I was born and raised on a farm in Illinois and moved to Las Vegas in 2021. I have two cats and love being out in nature! I have been a massage therapist since 2013. During 2020, my massage therapy clients were having mental health symptoms that they would discuss with me during our sessions, and I wanted to be able to help them navigate and process the situations they were going through. This caused me to go back to school – this time for mental health therapy! I have my own previous trauma and can relate on that level and am so thrilled to be a part of this field and to be able to help you to heal and grow!

How I Help

My main priority as a therapist is that you feel safe – I am not a robot, so I strive to make the therapy room feel warm and welcoming! If you are nervous about therapy, don’t be! I provide a very empathetic environment to my clients and am very open. Everyone has had some kind of trauma and everyone has the option for personal growth – my desire is to help walk you through that process! I also provide therapy from an attachment based perspective and provide CBT for life transitions and self-esteem. As a whole – I pick out specific things from what you talk about and find solutions, to lessen the burden and reduce your stressors. I like to explore your childhood, specifically your childhood trauma and see how you got to be the person that you are today. I come with a very client-centered approach and can be very fluid, meaning I will let you lead the direction of your own healing.
