About Erin

Hey there, I’m Erin! Born and raised on a farm in Illinois, I bring a grounded, salt-of-the-earth vibe to the therapy room. In 2021, I traded cornfelds for cacti and moved to sunny Las Vegas—which fts me perfectly, because like a lizard, I absolutely thrive in the sun! When I’m not in session, you can fnd me hiking, foating in the pool, planning my next trip (50 states by the time I am 50 is the goal!), or spending time with my two cats.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a massage therapist, where I often found my clients sharing their emotional pain along with their physical aches. During 2020, I realized I wanted to offer more than a listening ear—I wanted to provide real, therapeutic support. That desire led me back to school and into this beautiful, meaningful work.

How I Help

Let’s be real—therapy can feel scary at frst. My top priority is making you feel safe and seen. You won’t fnd a cold, clinical space here. I’m not a robot, and I defnitely don’t take myself too seriously! I weave humor and realness into our work, creating a warm, welcoming environment where no topic is off limits. I have my own traumas that I have worked through, so I offer more than textbook empathy—I offer real, lived understanding.

I specialize in helping clients navigate grief and life transitions—whether you’re mourning the loss of a loved one, adjusting to divorce, or simply moving through an unexpected chapter of life. Grief is not a straight line, and there is no “right” way to experience it. Together, we’ll track where you are today, explore what stage you might feel stuck in, and work gently to help you move forward. One of my favorite reminders for my clients navigating grief: Two things can be true at once. You can feel deep sadness and still experience joy. You can be grieving and still growing.

My approach is client-led and fexible. I draw from attachment theory, CBT, parts work, trauma timelines, and somatic awareness to help you reconnect with yourself. I truly believe healing happens when we can understand not only what happened to us—but how it lives in our body and our story today. (Yes, “The Body Keeps the Score” fans—I see you!)If you’ve ever felt stuck, we’ll walk through it together, one step at a time. I’ll help you explore the “why” behind your pain and gently guide you toward relief, growth, and more peace in your everyday life!
