About Hannah

I grew up in an environment that wasn’t exactly the “white picket fence” experience, and it was my own time in therapy that showed me difficult seasons don’t have to define us – they can become opportunities for growth and self-understanding. That’s what led me here, and it’s what I hope to offer you: a safe, supportive space to work through your story and recognize your own strengths along the way.

I don’t take myself too seriously, and some of my favorite moments in session are the ones where a client and I end up genuinely laughing together about the small, silly things in life. I think connection can come through humor, just as much as it comes through the hard conversations. A lot of the time, you’ll feel like you’re talking to a real person, not like you’re checking boxes on a therapy form.

I work with anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and self-esteem issues — and I especially love supporting people through life transitions. I also bring my own experience with faith into the room, and I love thoughtfully supporting clients as they explore how their faith – Christian or otherwise – intersects with their life and their healing.

How I Help

Healing isn’t an overnight Amazon Prime delivery – it’s a process, and I want to give you the time and space that process actually takes. I believe there’s room for lightness even in hard seasons, and that real, human connection can make therapy feel a lot less like a formal sit-down meeting and a lot more like an honest conversation.

My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. Even when we’re working through something genuinely difficult, I want you to walk away with a bit more clarity, hope, or confidence that you can handle what’s in front of you – and to know that this is a space where you can be fully yourself, without judgment.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me doing puzzles, coloring, hiking, or trying (really trying!) to fall in love with running. I’m a Midwest girl at heart, so time with family, time at the farm, and time in church all keep me grounded – especially on the days that feel like a lot.
