How I Help
I’m so excited to be in the mental health field because I understand the difficulties of not having access to the support you need. I’m passionate about bridging the gap and helping you find the best tools for your specific needs and personality!
In sessions together, I want us to talk about everything on your mind, but first, I want you to know that you are much more than the challenges you face. I feel that an essential part of building rapport is getting to know you better, your likes, dislikes, and what makes you unique – because those are important to who you are! Together, we can build a session structure that works best for you. Working with children has taught me how important it is to include play in our therapy sessions. However, I’ve realized that play therapy can be helpful for people of all age groups, which is why I love using games and sand trays during our sessions to make them more fun and engaging!
I specialize in providing therapy sessions for clients aged 8 and older, trauma support, and the LGBTQIA+ community. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I aim to support and expand the local community by offering resources and care.
