SENIOR THERAPIST & CLINICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION

WHO WE ARE
reTHINK Therapy is an outpatient counseling group that provides individual and group therapy for kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. We serve folks walking through many different life struggles. That said, trauma is overwhelmingly our primary specialty. We also have niches working with clients who desire faith-based counseling, and with kids and teens.

As such, reTHINK Therapy believes that therapists should be paid a salary and have a support team to handle the administrative tasks, allowing therapists to focus on providing direct client care. MORE ABOUT THE POSITION
The Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Therapist role at reTHINK Therapy combines clinical practice with the supervision of post-graduate interns. The balance of responsibilities varies based on the number of interns assigned, with some therapists maintaining a higher caseload and fewer supervision duties, while others focus more on supervision with a reduced caseload. This position is highly customizable, but here are the general requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or equivalent, and
- Active license as an MFT, CPC in the State of Nevada for at least 3 years*, and
- Available to complete 1,200 direct client sessions
- Available to supervise a minimum of 6 MFT-Interns/CPC-Interns
- Available to work 40 hours per week (most of the staff work four 10-hour days),

*Board approved as a primary or secondary supervisor is preferred but not required. If the candidate is willing to become board certified as a primary and secondary supervisor upon hire we will consider any candidate who is 3-years post licensure.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a salary W2 position, not a fee-for-service position, employees have a stable salary paid bi-monthly.

We’ve got you covered. If you’re eager to step into a supervisory role but lack the experience, training, or certification, at reTHINK Therapy we’re just as skilled at training clinical supervisors as we are at training post-graduate interns.
Our path to supervision includes:
- A 4-Week training program guiding Licensed Therapists through the supervision process
- Ongoing monthly meetings with the Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and refine our reTHINK Residency program
- Full coverage of supervisor training and certification costs as an employment benefit

1. You Have No Interest in Working with Minors
At reTHINK, many of our clients include children and adolescents, and working with them is a significant part of our therapeutic approach. While we also serve adults, we are specifically looking for therapists who are open to working with a diverse client base that includes minors. If working with young clients does not interest you, this may not be the right opportunity for you.
2. You’re Looking for a Fully Remote Position
While we do offer some flexibility, we are not currently hiring for fully remote positions. Our team values in-person connections and believes that some level of in-person interaction enhances both client care and team collaboration. If you are only seeking 100% telehealth work, we respect that preference, but reTHINK may not be the best fit at this time.
3. You Don’t Connect with Our Mission and Core Values
