Part Time Licensed Therapists

LICENSED THERAPIST POSITION

This position provides therapy to clients in-person or through tele-health.

reTHINK Therapy is on a mission to revolutionize the job market for therapists in Nevada. Our goal is to offer prompt and convenient care to our community members. We firmly believe that exceptional therapy begins with excellent therapists!

Our outpatient counseling group provides individual therapy for kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. While trauma, faith-based, and kids/teens are our niches, we serve folks with various life struggles.

We are looking for a licensed therapist that aligns with these core values:

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or equivalent, and
• Active licensed as an LCSW, MFT, or CPC in the State of Nevada, and
• Available to complete 925 sessions per year (~20/week)
• Available a minimum of 25 hours a week, and
• Willing to work with some minors (at minimum 13-17 y/o), and
• Desire to work with clients who are seeking Faith-Based Counseling or Christian Counseling, and
• Connect with our mission and values, and
• Want to be a part of a growing positive therapy community.

LET’S TALK PAY, BENEFITS & HOW IT WORKS

At reTHINK we feel that providers should be paid like the skilled professionals that they are rather than gig workers who are paid by the hour – which is why we have moved to salaried pay.

We pay our team at the highest possible rate that we can, so you’ll be paid a set salary!

Licensed Therapist (0-1.5 years licensed): $52,800*

Licensed Therapist (1.5-3 years licensed): $55,500*

Senior Therapist (3 years post licensed): starts at $60,125*

*Many of our therapists make much more by exceeding the hour requirement and/or supervising students.
