Pre-Licensed Therapist Position
We are currently looking for Pre-Licensed Therapists to join our reTHINK Residency program. reTHINK Residency is a full-time, employment-based, post-graduate internship training program designed for MFT-Interns, CPC-Interns and CSW-Interns at reTHINK Therapy. As a Pre-Licensed MFT-Intern, CPC-Intern or CSW-Intern in the reTHINK Residency program, you will participate in a highly supported training program aimed at equip you with the necessary skills to obtain licensure and build a successful career.
Training the next generation of therapists has been a primary focus at reTHINK Therapy since day one. Over the years, we have created a comprehensive program that offers post-graduate interns supervision, multidisciplinary training, caseload, self-care, schedule and time management coaching, and other essential resources to help them succeed in their careers.
Here is what a reTHINK Resident can expect while at reTHINK Therapy:
- Primary and Secondary supervision provided,
- 2-3 Hr Supervision/Wk,
- Fundamental Training (i.e. How to write a prog note in 2 min)
- Training Group Therapy
- Ongoing Training (i.e. How to manage a caseload)
- Killer Admin Support
Our program is perfect for newly graduated MFT-Interns, CPC-Interns and CSW-Interns. Those who join our team and enroll in reTHINK Residency immediately after graduation can expect to obtain their license within 2 to 2½ years. Pre-licensed therapists who have already started accumulating hours towards their license elsewhere are also welcome to join our program. The duration of the program is determined by the number of direct client hours and supervision hours a therapist has left to complete. Therefore, therapists who have already accumulated hours will spend less time in our reTHINK Residency program before being promoted up to a Licensed Therapist position!

PRE-LICENSED THERAPIST POSITION
This position provides therapy to clients in-person or through tele-health.

We are an outpatient counseling group that provides individual therapy for kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. While trauma, faith-based, and kids/teens are our niches, we serve folks with various life struggles.
We are looking for a pre-licensed therapist that aligns with these core values:

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or equivalent, and
- Active and licensed as an MFT-INTERN, CPC-INTERN or CSW-INTERN in the State of Nevada, and
- Available to complete 1200 session per year (~24/week), and
- Available to book a minimum of 30 hours of sessions a week, and
- Available to work Wednesday through Saturday, and
- Willing to work with some minors (at minimum 13-17 y/o), and
- Willing to use the primary supervisor supplied by reTHINK Therapy, and
- Desire to work with clients in a minimum of one of reTHINK’s niche clienteles; faith based counseling, children or trauma focused

Preference Will be Given to:
- Therapists willing to work with minors.
- Therapists want to work more than one weekend day (Saturday and Sunday),

At reTHINK we feel that providers should be paid like the skilled professionals that they are rather than gig workers that are paid by the hour – which is why we have moved to salaried pay.
We pay our team at the highest possible rate that we can, so you’ll be paid $50,400 annually! But we are all about growth here at reTHINK, so you will be eligible for higher pay when you become a fully licensed clinician or when you take on leadership roles. You’ll be expected to provide 30 available hours for booking clients and can expect to see around 25 clients a week.
