About Natalie

Hi – I’m Natalie Osorio, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFT-Intern). My diverse upbringing, with a Mexican father and Israeli mother and growing up with half brothers, has given me a deep understanding of the complexities within family dynamics. I was born and raised in Henderson and love this city! Members of my family have struggled with addiction, so I know firsthand the pain points and challenges of walking with someone struggling with addiction and how challenging it can be to create and hold strong boundaries in that space.

From a very young age, I knew that I wanted to have a career helping people. My high school psychology class solidified my desire to become a therapist. I saw firsthand the power of improved communication within my own family and realized I could help others do the same, and am so excited to be able to share that knowledge with you!

How I Help

I believe therapy should truly work for you! My goal is to understand what you desire to achieve and collaborate with you every step of the way. We will start by getting to know each other – your likes, dislikes, hobbies, and the things that make you unique! Therapy is about creating a space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self.

Sometimes, that means laughter, and other times, it’s quiet reflection. We will move at your pace. I want to help you understand all parts of yourself—the good, the challenging, all of it! We will work on accepting those parts, learning when to listen to them, and when to set boundaries. We are often our own harshest critics, but mistakes are part of life. Together, we will work to navigate them with compassion and focus on building a positive future.

I specialize in working with individuals age 8 and older, particularly those dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and self-harm.

I also specialize in family therapy. Together – we will explore healthy communication, boundaries, and your family’s unique goals. Whether that involves individual sessions first or jumping right into family work, we will find what fits your family best!

Respect is key in sessions —from child to parent and vice versa. I will help mediate when needed, but everyone has a voice without judgment. Together, we will work toward a positive change in your family dynamics!
