At reTHINK therapy, we know that life can be messy and unpredictable. We also know that sometimes, despite your best efforts, it can be a challenge to handle your emotions. Or your life may be great in some areas but falling apart in others. Individual therapy is an opportunity to explore questions about yourself, challenging situations, relationships, past experiences, and unhealthy thought patterns.
During individual therapy, we help you identify the problems that you are facing and when they began. Our therapists will help you to understand the negative beliefs that you tell yourself, whether conscious or unconscious. Individual therapy helps you challenge your negative beliefs about yourself. It also gives you the tools to find a more positive and sustainable belief about who you truly are.
All healthy relationships require trust. Your relationship with your therapist is no different. We want you to feel comfortable discussing any topic or situation with us during your individual therapy sessions. We know that deep and honest interactions are the best way for you to discover new and positive insights into your own life. However, we also know that therapy can be a difficult process.
