LICENSED THERAPIST POSITION

This position provides therapy to clients in-person or through tele-health.

We are an outpatient counseling group that provides individual therapy for kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. While trauma, faith-based, and kids/teens are our niches, we serve folks with various life struggles.

We are looking for a licensed therapist that aligns with these core values:

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or equivalent, and
• Active licensed as a LCSW, MFT, CPC in the State of Nevada, and
• Available to complete 1200 session per year (~24/week)
• Available a minimum of 30 hours a week, and
• Willing to work with some minors (at minimum 13-17 y/o), and
• Desire to work with clients who are seeking Faith-Based Counseling or Christian Counseling, and
• Connect with our mission and values, and
• Want to be a part of a growing positive therapy community.

At reTHINK we feel that providers should be paid like the skilled professionals that they are rather than gig workers that are paid by the hour – which is why we have moved to salaried pay.

We pay our team at the highest possible rate that we can, so you’ll be paid a set salary!

Licensed Therapist (0-1.5 years licensed): $68,400*

Licensed Therapist (1.5-3 years licensed): $72,000*

Senior Therapist (3 years post licensed): starts at $78,000*

*Many of our therapists make much more by exceeding the hour requirement and/or supervising students.
